Commercial Licence


Terms and use of your Commercial License.
With the purchase of this limited license you are authorized to use the images in embroidery and cross stitch format, decoupage and scrapbooking kits.
Images may NOT be used to make prints for framing, rubberstamps, digital stamps or websets and CD's.
No mass production is allowed in any form.
Images for use as commercial greetings cards is not permitted without permission from me.

Purchasing this license must mean you own a small business therefore a license is needed to make money off my artwork.
The license is personal and cannot be shared or given away. It is for your own use only. This also means sharing of images is not permitted.
You may not use my artwork to create your own or alter in any way to claim as your own. 

THE LICENSE IS now a 1 year contract fee of £30 

please note images  still have to be bought.
Please do not alter the image titles in any way.

my terms of use include:

If you have more than one business, ie another website then more than one license must be bought.
You are not allowed to sell the images you have bought as is, what you sell must be what you have manufactured from my image.


Please do not display the un manufactured art 
( i.e. uncoloured usable image  as you have bought it) 

My copyright information must be visible next to your product, on your site 
ie. my name Diane Carubia and DISDIGISTAMPS,  my website address i.e 
www.Disdigistamps.com or www.Disdigistamps.blogspot.com  If you are using decoupage sheets or any art sheets this information must also be on the sheet.
If possible please add my banner to your site. 

  If it is not possible for you to do all this then
 please email me. 

Please ensure you understand the above if you are in any doubt please email me.

If you do not renew your license when it has expired then you must remove your products with my images. If you sell any of my images after the license has expired you are selling unlicensed images and are in breach of copyright.
Dis digistamps reserve the right to change my licensing policies at any time.
Disdigistamps reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.
Disdigistamps reserve the right to terminate the contract due to any unresolved disputes and any breach of my TOU.

  1. Hey Di. This is Gail here. I make and sell greeting cards. When I do, I only make one of each. Can I have permission to use a few of your images for this purpose? I totally love your designs and for some weird reason didn't know at first that they were hand drawn by you. You go girl! By the way, my nieces name is Isabella but some people call her Izzy. I am going to show her your designs. She will love them too.
